孙宏斌教授个人简介

 

 
 

    孙宏斌,男,出生于1966年12月。教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、“天然药物活性组分与药效”国家重点实验室副主任、江苏省代谢性疾病药物重点实验室主任、药物科学研究院新药研究中心主任、江苏省药学会药物化学专业委员会副主任委员、中国药科大学学位评定委员会和学术委员会委员。担任Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery(IF 2.7)(地区编委)、Drug Discoveries & Therapeutics药学学报(英文版)中国药物化学杂志 药物化学进展(丛书)和中国药科大学学报编委。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”(2005年)和江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象(2013年),获中国药学会“施维雅青年药物化学奖”(2006年)和EFSD (European Foundation for the Study of Diabetes) Grant Awards for Collaborative Diabetes Research between China and Europe(2007年)。

 

   1989年毕业于吉林大学化学系获学士学位(有机化学);1995年获中国药科大学博士学位(药物化学);1995-1998年先后在中科院上海有机化学研究所和德国亚琛工业大学有机化学研究所从事博士后研究;1998-2001年在美国佛罗里达大学化学系做访问学者;2001-2003年在美国加州Metabolex公司从事新药研究,在此期间所设计合成的化合物MBX-2044作为抗糖尿病新药已完成IIa期临床试验;2003年8月回国任中国药科大学教授;2008年10月兼任法国Cachan高等师范学院Visiting Professor。

 

   长期从事药物化学、有机合成化学和新药研究,尤其是在五环三萜的化学、生物学及新药研究方面具有一定的影响力。所主持研制的抗血栓I类新药“维卡格雷”作为重大新药品种获得“十二五”国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项的资助,相关的PCT专利申请已进入三十几个国家和地区(已获中国和美国专利授权),现已完成临床前研究并提交新药临床申请。

 

   近年来主持的科研基金项目包括:“十二五”国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项“1+X”项目之“1”(编号:2013ZX09301303)、国家自然科学基金面上项目(编号:81373303、81072519、30672523)、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(培育项目)(编号:90713037) 、“十一五”国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项(候选药物)(编号:2009ZX09103-093)、高等学校博士学科点基金优先发展领域项目(编号:20120096130001)和欧洲糖尿病研究基金(EFSD)等。

 

   在国内外期刊发表论文143篇,其中SCI论文82篇;申请专利30多项,其中10项已获授权;参编著作4部。自2004年以来,已培养毕业硕士生19人,毕业博士生16人,其中1人获2009年度中国药学会-施维雅青年药物化学奖,并获得全国优秀博士论文提名论文奖。目前承担博士生课程《药物立体化学》、硕士生课程《药物化学选论》和本科生课程《药物设计》的教学工作。
